DDC ANNOUNCES ITS ROBIN XL WITH AUTOMATIC CARGO DEPLOYMENT CAPABILITIES

Toronto, ON, February 28, 2020, Drone Delivery Canada ‘DDC’ or the ‘Company’ (TSX.V:FLT, OTC:TAKOF), is pleased to announce that it will begin testing of its Robin XL (Robin). The Robin has a lifting capability of 25lbs of payload, a travel range of 60km and is designed for harsher climates.

DDC ANNOUNCES COMMERCIAL TESTING TO START FOR ITS HEAVY-LIFT, LONG-RANGE CARGO DELIVERY DRONE – THE CONDOR

Toronto, ON, February 21, 2020, Drone Delivery Canada ‘DDC’ or the ‘Company’ (TSX.V:FLT, OTC:TAKOF), is pleased to announce that it will begin the commercialization of the Condor. The Condor has a lifting capability of 180kgs (400lbs) of payload, a travel range of 200kms and an operating speed of 120kph. The multi-package payload compartment is designed to carry approximately 20 cubic feet of cargo.

DDC’S MOOSE CREE FIRST NATION PROJECT RECEIVES FIRST CONDITIONAL FUNDING APPROVAL

(TSXV: FLT, OTC: TAKOF) (the “Company” or “DDC”) is pleased to announce that on December 3rd, DDC’s Moose Cree First Nation’s project received the first conditional approval for one of its funding applications, which, subject to entering into a definitive agreement and satisfying any conditions imposed by the funder, would enable Moose Cree First Nation’s Remote Communities Initiative to pay DDC for its drone delivery service scheduled for implementation in Q1, 2020.  

DDC ANNOUNCES COMMERCIAL AGGREMENT WITH EDMONTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

TORONTO, ONTARIO – October 29, 2019 – Drone Delivery Canada Corp. (TSXV: FLT, OTC: TAKOF) (the “Company” or “DDC”) is pleased to announce that with the assistance of its sales agent Air Canada  (TSX: AC), DDC has entered into a commercial agreement dated October 28, 2019 (the “Agreement”) with the Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“ERAA”), operating Edmonton International Airport (“EIA”) and Villeneuve Airport,  for the purpose of establishing the world’s first airport drone delivery hub, at Edmonton International Airport using DDC’s proprietary drone delivery platform.

Canada (“DSV”), the Canadian arm of the global transport and logistics company DSV Panalpina A/S, to deploy DDC’s drone delivery platform for the use of DSV commencing at its new head office and warehouse in Milton, Ontario.
