DDC APPOINTS MR. SPENCER TODD TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
TORONTO, ONTARIO – April 10, 2019 –Drone Delivery Canada Corp. (TSXV: FLT, OTC: TAKOF) (“DDC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Spencer Todd to the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”).
Mr. Todd is an analyst in the Technology Consulting practice at Deloitte, specifically working within the Digital Studio (D Studio). Mr. Todd is part of a team geared towards delivering compelling digital experiences to help enterprises ignite innovation and drive business transformation.

Through his involvement with large enterprises at Deloitte, Mr. Todd brings valuable commercial insights to the Board by providing an operations and utility perspective as commercialization of DDC’s technology is realized in 2019 and beyond”, commented Tony Di Benedetto, CEO of DDC.

Mr. Todd holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management which he obtained from the Ted Rogers School of Management – Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.
Mr. Todd has been appointed as an additional director increasing the size of the Board to six directors. The Company intends to continue to strengthen its management team amongst all levels with a focus on enlisting the smartest minds to assist in driving commercial operations.
