Asher Resources Corporation and Drone Delivery Canada Inc. are pleased to announce that at each of Drone’s and the Company’s meetings of shareholders held on May 25, 2016 and May 31, 2016, respectively, the respective shareholders overwhelmingly approved the proposed business combination of the Company with Drone (the “Transaction”) pursuant to the terms of an amalgamation agreement between Drone and 2500527 Ontario Ltd.
