DDC ANNOUNCES AMALGAMATION

TORONTO, ONTARIO – January 5, 2022 – Drone Delivery Canada Corp. (TSXV: FLT; OTC QX: TAKOF; Frankfurt:  A2AMGZ or ABB.F) (the “Company”) announces that it has completed an amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary, 1336099 B.C. Ltd. (formerly, Drone Delivery Canada Inc.), effective January 1, 2022. The amalgamated entity will continue under the name “Drone Delivery Canada Corp.” and its trading symbols will remain unchanged.
