DDC GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Toronto, ON, January 8, 2018 – Drone Delivery Canada Corp. (“DDC or the Company”) (TSXV:FLT OTC:TAKOF) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,020,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $1.00 per share for a period of five years, to certain officers, directors and consultants of the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s stock option plan. The options are subject to a vesting period released 1/3 every six months from the date of grant pursuant.
