Toronto, Ontario – Asher Resources Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced private placement led by First Republic Capital Corporation (the “Agent”).

Drone Delivery Canada (DDC or the Company) is pleased to announce it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Vaughan and its Vaughan International Commercialization Centre (VICC) whereby DDC looks to develop a drone delivery service in the form of a pilot program for the City’s local businesses network, believed to be the first of its kind in Canada.

Asher Resources Corporation (the “Company”) announces that it has retained First Republic Capital Corporation (the “Agent”) to act as agent in connection with a best efforts brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000 through the issuance of up to 17,857,142 subscription receipts of the Company (the “Subscription Receipts”) at a price of $0.14 per Subscription Receipt (the “Offering”).

Asher Resources Corporation (“Asher” or the “Company”) announced today that it has entered into an amalgamation agreement with 2500527 Ontario Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asher (“Asher Subco”), and Drone Delivery Canada Inc. (“DDC”) dated January 19, 2016.

Asher Resources Corporation (TSX-V ACN) has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Drone Delivery Canada Inc. whereby Asher and DDC have agreed to merge their respective businesses resulting in a reverse takeover of Asher by DDC and change of business of Asher from a mining issuer to a technology issuer.
